Last week, with our fulfillment partner Limited Run Games, we sent their rewards to all our backers, thus officially concluding our Kickstarter campaign.
The logistics for physical items has been very complicated due to the covid pandemic, but we are really happy that we were able to delivery everything to you all. We have a handful of backers that have contacted us with issues with their rewards, and are currently processing their requests.
But in the meantime, it feels great to finally say: mission accomplished!!
We started this crowdfunding campaign with very little knowledge, and it was only thanks to your support that we were able to make it this far. Thank you so much for supporting our Kickstarter campaign. This will be our final update.

【謝辞】Kickstarterキャンペーンの終了
来月（2023/03）で、Kickstarterキャンペーン開始から五周年の記念日となります。
本当に長い旅でしたが、皆さんと一緒にここまで来られてとても嬉しくおもいます。
先週、フルフィルメントパートナーのLimited Run Gamesと共にすべてのバッカー様にリワードを届けることができました。
つきましては、これでKickstarterキャンペーンを正式に終了したいと思います。
新型コロナウィルスによる世界的パンデミックの中、フィジカルアイテムの準備はとても複雑でした。皆様のもとに無事にお届けする事が出来て本当に良かったです。
ただ現在、数名のバッカー様からは、リワードに関する問い合わせが届いていますので、そのリクエストの解決を進めています。
でも、まあ、とにかく、ミッション達成です！！
右も左も分からないまま始めた、クラウドファンディングでしたが、皆様の支援のおかげでここまでこられました。

At long last, shipping has started!
It has been longer than we had planned since our last update. Back then, we thought shipping would start eminently, but we hit a series of small issues that slowed the process. Among them, we realized the mugs had been produced and shipped, but never received. So we had to locate them (they had gone back to the US supplier), and get them resent. Shipping services are still disrupted and any further delay makes it longer.
We wanted to make sure rewards started on their way to backers before making a new update, and now, we can say they are. You should all start receiving a shipping confirmation email (to the email address where you received your Backerkit information).
If you haven’t received an email by next week, please check your SPAM folder. As always, if you have any request or question, please address them

前回の更新の予定より長くなってしまいました。
当初は、順調に出荷が始まると思っていたのですが、小さな問題に次々とぶち当たり、作業が遅くなってしまいました。その中でも特に、マグカップに関しては生産・出荷されたまま受け取られていないことに気づきました。そのため、アメリカのサプライヤーに戻ってしまったマグカップの場所を特定し、再送をお願いする必要がありました。発送業務はまだ混乱しており、遅れが出るたびにスケジュールが伸びてしまいます。
私たちは、新しいアップデートを行う前に、支援者に特典が届き始めていることを確認しようとしておりました。そして、今現在送られていることをはっきりと確認できております。皆さんのもとに発送確認メールが届き始めているはずです（Backerkitの情報が届くメールアドレスに送られます）。

The Good Lifeではおなじみの曲が熱唱され、会場は大盛況でした。

Finally, we got the final item of our CE.
Here is the cover of the last Artbook we received: it looks like The Good Life logo is slightly off-center to the right, but we don't want to make you wait any longer for this correction.
So we have made the decision to begin the process of packaging and shipping.
The theme of this work is "What is happiness?" And happiness is different for each of us.
And happiness is different for each person. There is no single answer in the world.
Therefore, when I saw the slightly off-center title of this last item I received, I felt that there was a strange sense that this subtle position was connected to the theme of this work. So I decided that this is good for enough to shipping.

The Good Life physical rewards update [2022 June]
Hello backers,
It has been a little bit more than a month since our last update about the last rewards and it is good time to provide an update.
In our last communication, we estimated we would be able to start shipping all the rewards in July.
We have all the items in the warehouse now, with the exception of the artbook and the PS4 discs. The artbooks have been printed and are on their way. We expect them to arrive around mid-July, if we do not see any further delays (still a possibility at this stage as freight are suffering from bottlenecks at the ports as well as at customs clearance). The PS4 discs are in the production pipeline, but there is a lot of backlog at the moment, and it is difficult to get a commitment for an exact date from the production teams. It doesn’t make scheduling easy on our side, but we are using end of August as our tentative date for shipping to backers to start.
With this in mind, we will delay closing the surveys and locking your shipping addresses to mid-July (a month later than the estimated date provided in our last update).
Q: I have moved since I filled in the survey, what should I do?

The Good Lifeのフィジカルリワードについて【2022年6月更新】
支援者の皆様、こんにちは。
前回のリワードについての更新から1ヶ月ちょっと経ちましたので、更新情報を提供する良いタイミングと思い、こちらのアップデートを投稿いたします。
以前のアップデートでは、7月にすべてのリワードの発送を開始することが出来そうとお伝えしておりました。
現在、アートブックとPS4ディスクを除くすべてのアイテムが倉庫にある状態になっております。
アートブックに関しては、印刷が完了し、配送中です。これ以上の遅延がなければ、7月中旬に倉庫に到着する予定です（現段階では、港や通関のボトルネックに悩まされているため、まだその可能性があります）。
PS4™のディスクは生産ラインにありますが、現時点では多くのバックログがあり、生産チームから正確な日付の確約を得るのは難しい状況です。
このような状態のため、確実な予定としてお知らせすることは難しくなっておりますが、8月末を支援者への発送開始の暫定的な日付としています。
そのため、アンケートの終了と発送先の確定を7月中旬に延期いたします（前回の更新でお知らせした予定日より1ヶ月長くなります）。
Q: アンケートに回答した後に引っ越しましたが、アドレスなどの変更はどうすれば良いでしょうか？
A: 7月中旬に住所がロックされるまでは、Backerkit の下記のアドレスから情報を更新することができます。

Incorrect image in our previous update.

In our last update, as some of you with keen eyes, we shared an image showing a Nintendo Switch version of the CE. It created some confusion and some reached out asking about getting that version if possible.
Unfortunately, that Nintendo Switch version mockup image should never have been in the image. Some time ago, the visual was created not knowing whether or not a Switch version would be made. That Switch version of the CE is not happening though and this image should have been amended and not published in this state.
We published the last update right before the Golden Week in Japan - we want to apologize for the confusion it created and the time it took us to address this topic.

【お詫びと訂正】前回のアップデート画像について
前回のアップデートに関して、コレクターズエディションの画像にNintendo Switchのロゴが入っていると、ご愛顧いただいているバッカー様方にご指摘をいただき、その存在の有無について混乱を招いておりました。
結論から申しますと、残念ながら Nintendo Switch 版のコレクターズエディションはせず、計画段階で作成された画像が間違えて前回のアップデートで使用されたのが実際です。 この件に関して混乱を招くことになり、大変申し訳ございませんでした。
また前回のアップデートはゴールデンウィーク直前にアップしたこともあり、休暇明けまで対応が遅れてしまいました。 この間に期待や疑問を与えてしまった皆様には、本当に申し訳なく思います。
重ねてお詫び申し上げます。
