Is the voice sounds of this game Japanese? Or is it both Japanese and English?
Currently we are planning the audio of this game in Japanese, with subtitles in English and Japanese. However, there is a possibility that the plan changes for the region with the largest number of supporters of the campaign.What will not change is that “The Good Life” is made with one language for the audio and multiple languages for the subtitles.

Could you add a pure physical copy that does not include T-shirts or other extra rewards to the Tier?
Currently, we don’t have any other plans for Tier. “Physical Collector’s Edition of The Good Life (PC or PS 4)” is a special version prepared as a special Kickstarter campaign. Please keep in mind that physical items come with an extra cost to us, and the goal of the campaign is to fund the development of the game. We try to be very careful about not promising rewards that would take away funds we need to make the game.

Yes. The Double Life tier let you choose the platform of the two copies between PS4 and PC. You can ask one of each.

We couldn’t include them in our initial plan. We wanted our goal to be easier to reach and this was one of the compromise we had to make. If the campaign is successful, we will revise our plan and possibly include them as stretch goals.

We ship worldwide but the shipping is handled by a third-party pledge manager (like BackerKit), so shipping costs will be charged when the items are ready to be sent. Hope this helps… you can also check Shipping Information in the Reward section.

As written on our Kickstarter campaign page, the PC version is Steam only. We aren’t currently planning to release it digitally on any other PC platforms yet.

Our current budget only allows us to support Windows. If we finish the game and it becomes a hit, we may get the chance to entertain other possibilities.

Will there be physical discs released of this game? What about extras?
At this time, we’re not planning on offering options to get physical discs on their own for the PC or PS4 releases. Last time we did a campaign like this we prepared many different types of extras like this, but it didn’t seem to have much of an effect on the fundraising aspect of the campaign. However, backing certain tiers such as “The Awesome Life” Tier will get you a collector’s edition exclusive physical disk of the game.
Plus, having too many extra optional things would put a lot of pressure on us and have an effect on the production of the game itself. Having less optional content to worry about allows us to focus on using the funds we get solely on the production of the game itself. Since we are dedicated to using the funds you guys contribute purely for game development, this is the stance that we have chosen to take.

What is BackerKit?
BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!

I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
